2026 Annual Art Exhibition | Undertone

Art often makes us feel more than we can put into words. Inspired by Kant’s notion of the “aesthetic idea,” undertone explores what remains unsaid in a work—meanings and emotions that continue to unfold beyond interpretation.


This open call seeks works that give form to artists’ observations, memories, and imaginings, while leaving room for feeling and thought. Brought together in a shared space, these works will resonate with one another while retaining their distinct complexities, inviting new understanding with each encounter.
